I managed to survive Xmas without overeating. I went to 2 holiday gatherings and resisted sugary and saturated fat foods. I kept concentrated on enjoying the food but only eating until I'm comfortably full. I avoided any baked goods since giving up sugar is one of the best things for me. I definitely believe I'm better without it. I also concentrated on only eating what will keep me feeling better about myself in my body for the night and into the next day. These thoughts made it almost effortless to avoid the after dinner snacking. And, I'm happy to report a 2 lb weight loss!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
