Seeing great improvement the past couple of weeks. Felt like I had hit a plateau, been stuck at 216 for a while and finally this week got below 210. Ten more pounds to go. Highly recommend the book "The Engine 2 Diet"; I think that has made all the difference. Been eating vegan since October 1st and been getting good cardio and weight training at least 4 days a week.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
