Oh-so-close to breaking through the 280's! I am ready for a BIG number next week! I have been running on the treadmill everyday for 2 weeks now. Started at 1 mile per day + warm up and cool down walking. Now I am up to 1.5 miles running + warm up and cool down. Next week on Ash Wednesday I vow to run 2 miles per day, except Sundays...give this lady a rest...for the entire Lenten Season. Also adding early morning Bible Study to my vow for Lent! God be with me...or I may end up in the morgue from all this running! :)
