I had a hard time last week with both staying within my calorie range and getting to the gym. I did get to the gym 3 times but I really want to get there more. I think that this is slowing down my overall progress.
I am really proud of myself that I have maintained my overall goal of getting to the gym at least 3 times per week. Also, I've really only had one totally major "overload" day in terms of calories.
Maybe what I need to do is not be so hard on myself. I'll get to work on that!
