Yesterday went really well. I'm very excited about the program! Books have been ordered and are on their way!!
Best part - I'm doing this with my daughter and we're both looking to God as our #1 source of motivation and strength. =)
285.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 100.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
