The family had Chinese last night, but I avoided rice and noodles and just had 3 chicken balls .. I even avoided the roast pork dumplings . Went up to bed early to avoid the prawn crackers !
185.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
