boy howdy.... that cabbage was good last night, but it SURE cleaned me out!! i expected to be 10 pounds lighter this morning!! lol i am thinking about trying a diet pill of some sort to get things jump started, but what i really need the most is excercise!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
