Super food junky! Eating my fill of vegetables, nuts, fruit and my favorite popcorn! Switched to white popcorn and olive oil no microwave or processed food. My diet has barely changed, just the way I cook it. Sub beef for turkey or lamb. Eating lots of shrimp and fish.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
