Restarting today and it didn't go too well but it could have been worse. I think I kept the calories below 2,000 but I need to focus on keeping it around 1,200.

I also need to really stop screwing around and get back to the exercising...I really felt better riding my bike and lifting weights.

Tomorrow is another day....never give up.
