Been doing pretty good. We went camping for my birthday this past weekend and that was really fun. I've had two seizures in the past month and a half, which, going from one to two every day/every other day, is a vast improvement. I'm feeling much better and slowly but surely I'm recovering. Just gotta keep pushing.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
