I have been making it back to yoga once per week so that is a great thing. Have been having a real problem sleeping lately with a cpap and I think that is making me use caffeine a bunch more. time to increase the exercise and stop the caffeine and candy issues. it might be time to get the bike out of the garage again and have some fun.
