Hi everyone
Had a very stressful return to work and family issues

Back on the case and recording again

Physio at 10am.. acupuncture seems to be helping

Have a good day x
186.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
