Started the Herbalife Challenge today. Also am using my Wii Fit and Treadmill, oh and all the other pieces of equipment and DVD's I've accumulated over the years.

I CAN do this...I AM STRONG!
301.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
