that's what happens when you start snacking more without keeping track. So I guess I will have to pay closer attention again. There isn't much time to exercise........'tis the season for stress.
Surely once the holidays are over things will get back to normal and I can be more focused.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
