Been feeling bloated...blah....only lost 1 pound! At least it's something!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

True...1 less...and as I'm sitting in Mexico with my swimsuit on I'll be glad I don't have that 1 extra pound!
