Whoops, recorded incorrectly the goal weight....need more COFFEE ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ Well not as bad as I expected with not getting out there and forcing myself to walk after work, since starting of new position. Well no matter I must press on and force a walk even when I'm feeling overwhelmed and dead tired. Using my exercise band as well has gone to the wayside. This must stop and I must get back on track. .
286.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
