205.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

hey, yep, you're probably right, but i might be doing more , and trying harder when it comes to diet. Everything i eat i have to weight first, a pain in the ass sometimes. My protein is from lean sources, very healthy diet in general.
