Up a little but I did go over calorie limit three days this week. Wasn't strictly on Jenny Craig. Still under 150 though!! This week I will work harder at staying on my meal plan and drinking at least 60 ounces of water each day.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
