I need tips and tricks. I'm getting off track with my weight loss! help!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you have the time to begin walking daily? When I started I could only walk 5 minutes away from the house. Today I walk 3.5mph for an hour on a local walking trail. If you can't go outside do some stair climbing or step ups. Any activity that increases your heart works. Just maintain the increases HR 20-30 minutes. Add me as a buddy.

i've taken a look in your food diary...and i was totally astonished. you eat A LOT of calories! and you eat no (or just a little bit) veggies. so try to add veggies to your meal. they usually fill you up and you don't have to eat so much HIGH CALORIE stuff. take a look at your food diary as well (if you haven't done that already) and you will see, what you can change...you need to change your eating habits. weight just doesn't drop because you want it. you have to do something for it!
