Starting a clean eating diet today; veges, fruit, meat. Still allowing myself coffee in the morning though.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Coffee can be good for you! And it provides a mental lift for me...I do half-caff to get some benefit but not get too crazy about it!
