Frustrating. No weight movement. But the good news is there is belt hole movement - up one hole - and waist is down to 37" from 38", which was a month ago. Reshaping. Will take other measurements when everything returns to normal in a day or so. Still - I need to shed pounds too. Probably going to alter my diet again - somehow - and only workout with weights twice a week. The rest will be cardio/abs. Ugh ...
173.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! What about gaining muscle? Don't you think you're losing fat and gaining muscle? If you lose inches but don't lose weight, I think it's what's happening. Make sure you take all your measurements before making any decision about your diet or workout. I understand the frustration though!

True - I keep reminding myself of that - I don't really need to get bigger, just more definition, less fat. I am pretty satisfied with overall strength and fitness. But you are right - need to wait to measure everything - then see the difference. Plus - waist reduction is what I am hoping for - which is occurring. Thanks!
