I had a bad week. And a bad weekend. I'm glad to even post a half pound down today, because between girl scout cookies and valentine's day candy, things were kind of a wash. Hoping to get back on things today, need more vegetables and to actually eat/use them.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
