This was a difficult week to keep track of my calories since I was out of town and ate out a lot at places where I had to guess at the nutrition/portions, so I'm gonna say I followed my "diet" reasonably well this week even though my diet calendar won't say I went over my RDI. And I still lost some weight, so I must've done something right.
