Actually lost a 1.6 pds this week. I was 229.8 now 228.2 this is a big deal for me since my weight has not budged in about 5 years!

I have lost weight on Fat Secret my weight was 231 10 days ago... so I lost approx. 2.8 pds since then!

Need to spend more "me" time and get myself to the gym two more times this week for the challange!
228.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
