I have really gotten off track. And now because I was sick and not excersizing things have gotten really, really bad. I want to find a magic potion. But alas, I need to remember there is no such thing. I know what to do and why I need to do it. So, here goes again.

Thank you, LaShrebeka_BeastMode. I won't give up. And the thing is, I was finally so happy at 134 for about 8 years. Now to jump up to 146 in less than 2 years really has me down. BUT as you say, never give up. Here I go back on track. Day 1.
