I haven't been doing well with eating healthy and I haven't been sleeping very well either. I went to the gym this morning and walked/ran for 45 min, lifted some weights, walked back to my dorm and did a ballet class in my room and realized that I was really hungry... I am so glad I had bread to make a sandwich! I plan to work out again on monday if I can move... :-)
