Only 849 steps yesterday! 😡. Should have been more! I only took a very short walk yesterday behind the truck did not push myself enough. Was tired and got winded way too soon. I know it is because I once again deleted PORTION CONTROL from my comprehension. 🥗I also SLACKED OFF with my movement. 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏋🏼🏋🏼💪🏻So I'm in a get very serious now mood.
