I ate arepas yesterday. Could it be that it made me gain weight even though I consumed less than 1200 cals?
273.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

where are you from ?? I am from Venezuela and I love arepas too... I just try to eat them no mere than once per week and only for breakfast
