I am feeling wonderful! I've been doing really great with my "diet" and I've been working out 4 times per week. I think I am going to up my number of days going to the gym. I really like my personal trainer and I'm just generally a happy person!!! Yay!!!
269.8 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
