Not enough change to note... guess that's good? ortho doc finally asked me how I wanted to proceed with the knee, his concern is still mostly infection since I've had two out of three times it's been worked on.
Discovered a new recipe by accident, beat together a couple of eggs chop up one of the grilled chicken breast I get (those in freezer bag, tyson and wal mart has them)thawed and hot chop up a mix serving of veggies, I use frozen I nuked to thawed and warmish/hot. blend it all together in a corning 20oz microwave soup cup/bowel with a dash (tablespoon) of wheat gluten flour I had left over
nuke for a couple of minutes and it fills the bowel/cup and comes out cylindrical (like cranberry sauce from a can), top with cheese add a side salad.
I think I discovered how to do a quick souffle.
anyway, it works and is low carb hi protein. and wen mixing it all together I can spice it with what I want.
