A good few days on the regime and whilst I have felt down about my weight lose I am hopefully I can get to my Christmas goal of 182lb ;O)

186.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb. Still to go: 11.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 7.0 lb a week

182 by Christmas? Piece of cake, you can definitely do it! Put in a little extra will power which is all that is needed. Good luck!
