A GREAT Day weigh-in, still keeping to my proper eating, Minus 2.2 pounds less than where I was on this past Monday.
Total - 11.2 pounds in 36 days.
Bad part is in those 36 days I have recorded gains totaling 5.4 pounds which mean that I could have been down to 212.6.
Still going on with the program, looking forward to seeing my doctor's face when I have my next check up for blood pressure medicine, maybe I can come off it, if he thinks my daily readings are really good.
