It seems like following a diet plan of little to no carbs gets me no results.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your weight history looks great. You have a pretty steady downward spiral and you have lost weight in the past week. You need to keep your expectations realistic. You only have a few more pounds to lose and may have to squeak out a pound a week now. Your doing great. Just keep going and you will get there.
