Hi Claire, Was just wondering how often you are exercising? It looks like we started our diets about the same time and are losing the same sort of weight. I really struggle at the weekends,it invariably means wine!!! our goal weights are the same and i wondered if you wanted to 'buddy up' for encouragement and tips and advice? your calorie intake is much higher than mine... you must have a good metabolism???
