Weighed in again today. It's been 2 weeks and I've lost another two pounds. I am mostly okay with the slow weight loss becasue my boday is definitely making great strides in re-shaping. I'll have to take soem measurements this week and compare them now to what they were when I started back in December. I know that I'll get more satisfaction from those numbers than my weight - clothes that were tight on me a month ago are now loose and people are noticing that I've "lost weight". :-)
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
