had a great cardio workout, core, then swam yesterday. It was a lazy swim and only 50 bicycle crunches, 20 leg lifts, 25 twists to each side. I could have worked a lot harder.
Ate some jackfruit chips in the evening. All in all, not a bad day as I lost almost 2 lbs.
