i'm not doing well at all i haven't lost no weight this week not even a lb looks like i need to work even harder. i'm getting fed up now.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You don't have much to lose so it can be harder and take longer to get off. Be strict with your diet (track everything) and be active. Exercise can be your best friend when you don't have much to lose. Focus on lean protein and high fiber foods and limit you processed foods. Also, keep track of how your clothes fit. You can lose fat and not see the scale move.

Thank you Suzi i am cooking fresh foods everyday i have no processed foods now really. I have a new exercise dvd so i shall be getting on with that now.
