I have not recorder ANYTHING in a whole week! I wanted to see how I would do without relying on Notes to keep me on track and motivated. It worked somewhat...I still need to be held accountable! I am a newwbie at this lifestyle change, and am very thankful for my notes and my text message buddy! Those two things have kept my ball rolling! THANK YOU!
284.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
