Ok. I guess I will post my gain, really hoping it is just water weight but want to start on a clean slate for our Ridin' contest. So here goes day one!! I am already feeling determination to do really good this week. This challenge should be great for us all during the holidays. Go Green Team!!!
185.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 December 2007:
1140 kcal Fat: 45.48g | Prot: 84.87g | Carb: 103.27g.   Breakfast: coffee. Lunch: turkey ,  peanut butter, apple. Dinner: smart balance butter, broccoli, whole grain wild rice, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: rice krispy treat, mozzarella cheese string, yogurt. more...

I gotta say...I'm glad it's not just me!! lol I think mine is water retention, but we'll see. Being sick is not helping me stay motivated. WE can DO THIS!! RIDE girl, RIDE!!
