Had a monster workout today. 5 minutes on the stationary bike to warm up the knees, squat machine, calf raises, hamstring curls, knee extensions, more calf raises. rested 2 minutes between sets. finished up with a sprint on the elliptical. Then a dip in the hot tub and a cold shower. I love the cold showers after a workout.
