what are you actually doing to actually lose weight? Are you counting calories? Us short people get to have so few calories...whatever. I guess I have to take an extra walk...luv, mary
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

I count calories and points and add vegetable if I get hungry because they are zero points. I also have a stash of 100 calorie snack bars that are yummy.

I am recording everything I eat and writing the calorie count down. I have also sworn off of candy for now--even one M & M is too much. I feel like an alcoholic might feel--that if I have one piece of candy, I will be unable to stop at just one.
