Well I have been off my diet for a few days, but I tried to eat healthy and got a lot of exercise in at the AZ. Junior Rodeo and I lost 2 lbs! My son (9yrs old) WON the Calf Roping, got 2nd in the Ribbon Roping and placed 3rd in the team roping! WHAT AN AMAZING WEEKEND. I am really proud of him! Back to Atkins today!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
