What is up! I have been on plan to the letter and look! I think I have been drinking to much diet soda. That means it is water weight and will go away quickly; I pray.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 4.7 lb a week
