Worked out with Joshua. Ate well except for chips and dip. If I eat snacks, I need to put the portion on a plate and close the bag before eating.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
