Starting over! Still 26 pounds lighter than start of last year, but after reaching first goal of 154 on my 54th birthday, lost another 4 then lost momentum. Ate whatever, whenever (even if I knew it would make me sick, got on that horrible wheel of "oh well") and now back on track. This time, hubby's trying to lose some weight and get back on to the healthy train!
Hate to see it, and even more so hate to record it, but in the spirit of "keeping it real", here goes:
