Water Fast Day #1
today I start a new water fast, I hope to find the mental strenght to keep going for at least a week, but I'll like to think I can do more than that.
When people invites me for dinners or get-togethers is always an issue for me....drinking only water.
Not many people understand fasting so I'm never happy going out during my fast. And that's when all the invitations and events come!!! wth!!
137.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
