actually are down 2 pounds in 10 days. Its not a lot, but steady. The bigger picture is that my blood numbers are way down. 2 days ago it was 142 in a.m. My blood pressure averages +- 120/80, usually lower.

I am back swimming now 3/4 mile 3x wk. im thinking now that a more reasonable wt goal should be 210 or less.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
