Well never say never - I must have liked reaching 160.0 so much I subconsciously wanted to have to do it twice?

I've known I'm not eating quite right but I think I can re-take control when I'm ready to, its not that I'm eating anything particularly wrong or even that I'm eating too much of anything in one sitting, but I'm just ignoring that I know I've eaten enough and I do mean totally ignoring it.
So overall its no surprise whatsoever that I've put on a bit.

In fact I would have had to throw the scale away if it didn't tell me that I'd gained, can't have a dishonest scale as an ally now can I?
161.0 lb Lost so far: 99.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

I know exactly how you feel. Many a time my tummy tells me I've had all I need then I just had a bit more!

DDD will be a good ally ... as digi scales go.. it has its ups and downs LOL ARB, you know what to do and trying to do something about it. I want to reach 160 .. just once please x Take care and have a great day

Lol, I have done 140 several times now! You can't beat a nice round number for getting stuck! I think the worst one is 200, to be honest. It's such a nice round number that it appears to be really hard to get past it and stay past it. So, never mind, it's all about psychology, and psyching yourself up to aim for the next round number. Maybe staying a pound behind would have been the best plan after all? But at the end of the day, it's only a small gain, and not really significant. Hope you are feeling better motivated this week 😀
