Thinking about doing the south beach diet. I don't want to stay steady, I want to lose!
230.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love the South Beach Diet. Perfect way to start to lose and learn how to eat. I find it healthier then plan jane Atkins. How ever, try to use Stevia instead of the artificial sweeteners they recommend. Splenda is pure evil.
