Need to do better with alcohol and not give myself so much party time! Treadmill is a real plus!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's my weekend downfall. Even mixing rum with diet cola just slams my calorie intake to hell. ): I guess cutting out some of the alcohol goes hand in hand with getting healthy. Makes sense but I'm not liking it.
